Dietary Restrictions & Special Requests
Do You Offer Gluten-Free Sushi?
Yes.
We can prepare gluten-free sushi orders using Tamari sauce instead of traditional soy sauce.
To minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we use:
- A separate workstation
- Dedicated cutting boards
- Separate utensils and tools
Please refer to our menu for gluten-friendly options.
A small surcharge of 5$ applies to cover these additional precautions.
Do You Have Vegan Sushi Options?
Absolutely.
Our most popular vegan option is the Vegan Dragon Roll, followed closely by our Inari Sushi.
You can also order a Chef’s Platter and allow our sushi chefs to create a custom vegan selection tailored to your preferences.
I Have Celiac Disease. Can I Eat at Fujisushi?
Yes.
We follow the same strict preparation procedures used for gluten-free orders, including separate workstations and dedicated equipment.
Please let us know that you have celiac disease when placing your order so our team can take every necessary precaution.
A small surcharge of 5$ applies to cover these additional precautions.
Do You Have Sushi Options for Pregnant Women?
Yes.
Pregnant guests can safely enjoy any sushi made with cooked ingredients, including:
- Shrimp
- Crab stick
- Chicken
- Vegetarian options
When ordering:
- Look for the “C” icon on our menu
- Mention that the order is for a pregnant guest
- We automatically avoid tobiko and masago
We also offer a special New Mom Platter, inspired by the pregnancy-friendly sushi favorites chosen by our owner, Chanel, during her own pregnancies.
